A wise investment that will last a lifetime! There are many investments we make throughout life. We spend money on cars, clothing, homes, vacations, sports, gardens, etc. Each of these purchases adds to the quality of life for our families. If you are like me, you find yourself replacing, replenishing, or repairing many of these investments time and time again. And, we find ourselves constantly expending such monies.

There is another investment that cannot be overlooked or understated – investing in our children. I am not referring to the items mentioned above, or presents at Christmas time. I am, instead, considering investments that last a lifetime. These are investments in a child’s spiritual, emotional, and psychological growth and development. These intangible components are more precious, delicate, and impacting than any item you can buy. A child will remember a vacation or a favorite toy, but they will be molded by their education.
