The Greeters Ministry Print

We have prayed mighty and faithful women of God into this ministry to stand in the gap. God has not just answered with numbers, but with a spirit of unity and love for one another. We are continuing to grow, but there is something new going on in the Spirit.

My favorite scripture in the Bible is Phil. 4:6,“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.” Very simple really, but when you see Him answer those prayers… wow!

We are thankful to not only fill a vacancy, but also to see this ministry evolving and growing spiritually. We are standing at the gate of His house to welcome in our brothers, sisters and the unsaved who have been out in the world. They come in tired but cheerful, sad but hopeful. It brings us the greatest joy to wrap our arms around them and say, “Come and eat at the Father’s table; get renewed and rested.”

Ladies, we are looking for additional greeters for Wednesday nights. If you aren’t yet serving in a ministry, aren’t sure where you fit for ministry, or might possibly be interested, please pick up an application at the Information Center or see Miriam Maldonado.
