Life in prison, though not pleasant, is easy and safe, in a real sense; whereas life after prison is supposed to be pleasant, but is, in fact, very challenging and potentially dangerous. Therefore, our prison ministry team focus is twenty percent (20%) on ministering to the prisoners and eighty percent (80%) on ministering to the men and women who have served their prison sentences and are going to be returning to our communities. We call this the 20/80 Factor.
