Apostle Walter Healy
I am presently serving as pastor of The Church of Grace and Peace which I founded in 1985 and also as head of two networks, New Jersey FAITH ALLIANCE and FaithNet USA. In 1986 I founded the Grace and Peace Institute of Biblical Studies and later added the School of Ministry and a three year Counseling School. In January, 2006 I was appointed Chancellor of Wagner Leadership Institute, Toms River, our fourth school. I have been serving as Dover Township Police Chaplain since 1995. I also currently serve on Boards listed below.
I am ordained by It Is Written Evangelistic Association and currently carry licensing as an ordained minister from the International Convention of Faith Ministries, from Charismatic Bible Ministries of Tulsa, Oklahoma, from The Church of Grace and Peace, and from FaithNet USA. I am a member of all of these as well as being a member of Christ Covenant Coalition and the International Coalition of Apostles under John Kelly.
In years prior to entering pastoral work I was co-founder and co-host of "Seek Ye First" (a Christian cable TV show); officer in the Full Gospel Businessmen's Fellowship International; advisor to Women's Aglow Fellowship Area Board; founder-chairman of Charismatic Unity Fellowship of Ocean County; trustee/treasurer of New Hope Christian Counseling Center, and served from 1975 to 1995 as president of Song of Solomon, Inc., a non-profit free cassette tape lending library.

Maureen Healy is a wife, mother, grandmother and pastor. She is mother of seven children and grandmother of sixteen.
She was born again and baptized in the Holy Spirit in 1973. Since then she has been involved in all types of ministry including prayer meetings, Women’s Aglow, tape lending library, and retreats. Maureen co-founded The Church of Grace and Peace with her husband, Walter in 1985. She also serves as the corporate Vice President and is a member of the Trustee Board. She travels with her husband in connection with International Coalition of Apostles and FaithNet USA.
Maureen is the Ministry Overseer for several Grace and Peace Ministries including Women’s Ministry, Altar Prayer Team, Single Moms, Emergency Prayer Team, and Deliverance Ministry just to name a few. In prayer Maureen has been able to hear from heaven successfully to attain freedom from spiritual bondage for those who are oppressed.
Ralph joined the staff of The Church of Grace and Peace in 1987 and was one of the founding trustees of the church. He is currently the Senior Associate Pastor and a pastoral Elder. Ralph oversees all Christian Education here at The Church of Graced and Peace which includes discipleship, formal education and periodic informal education. As a Pastoral Overseer he helps coordinates pastoral care, church membership, water baptism, and baby/child dedications.
Ralph was saved in June 1979. Prior to becoming a pastor he taught guitar and 5-string banjo. He was also a production coordinator at a military manufacturing plant. In 2009 he received his Doctorate Diploma in Practical Ministry from the Wagner Leadership Institute. Presently Ralph also serves as Dean of the Wagner Leadership Institute-Toms River.
Ralph and his wife, Rosemary, have one son John. To Ralph, his greatest experiences with God are being able to hear His voice and to know His mercies are new every morning.
James came to The Church of Grace and Peace in January, 2011.
He serves as Worship Pastor over the worship, graphic arts, and multi-media ministries.
God’s call has unfolded as a life journey for James that has given him a diverse array of ministry opportunities. He received his under-graduate degree in Trombone performance and a Master of Arts in Worship Studies from Oral Roberts University. James has performed live as a trombonist on television and in professional symphonies and pops orchestras. With music missions teams he has ministered in the U.S. as well as abroad in Finland, Estonia and Japan. He has extensive experience as a studio-recording musician, staff arranger, creative director, songwriter and producer.
Before joining the Grace and Peace staff, James had the opportunity to pioneer, lead and plant a church in central Florida. He and his wife Christine have one child, their miracle baby Allegra.
Jim joined the staff of The Church of Grace and Peace in 2001 and currently serves as our Associate Pastor. He and his wife, Annette, came to Grace and Peace with over nine years of youth ministry experience. The passion of their hearts is simple – they love God and they love teens! Jim’s vision of Cutting Edge Youth Ministries (CEYM) is to cultivate, facilitate and sustain a spiritual revolution and awakening in the teenagers of the Ocean County region and beyond. He is lovingly referred to by the CEYM leadership team and the youth as PJ.
Jim and Annette are blessed with two beautiful daughters – Rachel and Isabella (Bella).
Lisa came to The Church of Grace and Peace in 1990. In 1993 she pioneered the Rangers and Missionettes, she also worked with the youth. In 1993 she became licensed as a Minister which has since become a Pastor and Pastoral Elder. In 1995 Lisa became the Children’s Church Leader. Lisa attended high school in Toms River. After graduation she attended (YWAM), Youth With A Mission. She is married to her wonderful husband Steve and they have three children.
Bill joined the staff at The Church of Grace and Peace in 2007 and currently serves as Life Groups Pastor. His ministry passion is to see people changed and set free, and to see the Body of Christ unified. Bill and his wife, Leanne, have three children. His favorite place to be is anywhere with his family and his favorite place to pray is next to his wife.
Judi joined the staff of The Church of Grace and Peace in 2009 and became Women’s Pastor in 2010. She oversees the Women’s Ministry and ministers weekly at the Thursday Morning Women’s Meetings. Judi is also the founder of the Lakewood Outreach, an outreach ministry providing clothing, food, prayer, and salvation to the less fortunate in the area.
In 1983, before coming to Grace and Peace, Judi co-founded a pioneer church in Virginia. She served as Associate Minister and Women’s Pastor.
Judi and her husband, John, have six children and two grandchildren between them.
Tom joined the pastoral staff of The Church of Grace and Peace in 2010 as Counseling Pastor. Tom oversees the men’s counseling department. Tom regularly teaches at GAP’s Institute of Biblical Counsel (IBC) and has taught at Wagner Leadership Institute.
Tom also serves as Pastor of Redeemed City Ministries, an addiction recovery aftercare program. Additionally he serves as Executive Director of Community Compass, a community development corporation. Tom’s ministry passion is to see men’s lives changed and when men’s lives are changed families are changed which changes communities.
Tom is married to his wonderful wife Josette and has 3 children and two grandchildren.
Bob joined the staff at The Church of Grace and Peace in 2000 and oversees our Life in the Vine Discipleship. His ministry passion is to see others come to a place of maturity in Christ, bearing fruit for Him, and expanding His kingdom through their gifts and talents. Bob and his wife Debbie have two children. He enjoys his grandbabies and would like to travel to Alaska, Israel and the mid west.
Thomas has served as Principal of The Academy at Grace and Peace. He is presently an instructor at Grace and Peace Institute of Biblical Counsel (IBC) as well as Grace and Peace Institute of Biblical Studies (IBS).
He possesses degrees in Natural Science/Mathematics and advanced degrees in Chemistry and Counseling. Tom lectures on multiple counseling subjects including the enhancement of interpersonal relationships as well as solution-focused pastoral care. He also offers conferences in the areas of scientific applications and presentation on Creationism verses Evolutionism. Thomas and his wife Sandy have two sons, Joe and Brian
His Biblical background includes the following: graduate of Grace and Peace Institute of Biblical Studies, graduate of Grace and Peace School of Ministry, licensed pastor, staff pastor, itinerate minister and speaker at various churches, pastoral care counseling for individuals, groups, couples, families and bereavement.
His academic degrees include the following: AAS in Business/Paralegal, BA in Natural Science/Mathematics, Masters in Counseling and Doctorate in Educational Leadership.
Additional Information about Tom: High School teacher in Honors Chemistry and Physics, pre-engineering instructor, numerous patents, invention disclosures and related documents in various areas of chemistry and other scientific fields. He is also the author and producer of “Healing Scriptures CD.”
Alexander joined staff at The Church of Grace and Peace in April 2011. He and his wife Sandra became members in December 2009 and immediately dedicated their time and service to reach the Hispanic community. He served in the military in his home country, Columbia before moving to the United States. Alex learned to play the guitar and sing at an early age. He served as a ministerial assistant and worship leader for five years in a small Spanish mission in Toms River. Alex and his wife have a beautiful daughter, Stephania.
