Jim Ricci has been the Business Administrator at The Church of Grace and Peace since 2007. Jim is a graduate of Nazarene Bible College with a degree in Biblical Studies and a minor in Pastoral Counseling. He also studied N.T. Greek at the New York School of the Bible, Calvary Baptist Church. Jim worked with Jews for Jesus as a volunteer missionary in NYC, having done artwork for several of their tracts called “broadsides.” He served as a pastor for 12 years in Colorado, Alaska, North Dakota, and New Jersey.
Jim spent 12 years in the corporate arena in the Banking Services and the Insurance Industries. He is also a certified Corporate Trainer with Achieve Global, and worked as a Speaker Trainer in the pharmaceutical industry. In July of 2012 Jim received his Certification as a Church Administrator (CCA) from the National Association of Church Business Administrators.
Jim currently teaches at GAP’s Institute of Biblical Counseling & Institute of Biblical Studies (IBS) as well as Wagner Leadership Institute. He has also taught in GAP’s Adult Sunday School. He is active in the church’s marketplace ministries. Jim and his Wife of 30 years, Anna, have also been Life Group Leaders here at GAP. They have a daughter, Bethany, who is a missionary currently preparing to return to Davao City, Philippines. Jim also enjoys writing and painting.
Josette joined the staff of The Church of Grace and Peace in May 2011 as the Assistant Business Administrator. Josette possesses both spiritual and natural gifts in the areas of administration and management. Her can-do attitude is also well placed in the administration office.
Previously she served as a Teacher’s Assistant at The Academy of Grace and Peace in the kindergarten class since 2002. She also assisted the principal and administrative staff with various projects and scheduling. Josette is the ministry head of GAP’s clothing room which serves approximately 100 people per month. She is married to her husband Tom and has three children and two grandchildren.
Patti served as an office volunteer at the church prior to being employed here. We liked her so much, we decided to hire her. She currently serves as Human Resources Manager. God has blessed Patti and her husband, Frank, with seven children and 19 grandchildren. Bonnie joined the staff of The Church of Grace and Peace as its first staff member in 1987. She has followed the administrative offices to 5 different locations and in 2010 the offices found a home on the church property. She graduated from Monmouth University in 1968 with a Bachelor’s in Education. In 1972 she ended her teaching career to have a family. Once her children were grown, she sought employment again working as an office manager, a substitute teacher, a nursery school teacher and a painter. Bonnie has two grown sons, Scott and Eric. Bonnie has been blessed with 4 grandchildren.
Jeremy joined the staff of The Church of Grace and Peace in 2007. He serves as the technical support contact for computers and networks both at the church office and at The Academy at Grace and Peace. In addition to computers, Jeremy also maintains our phone system, pod casts, and website. His prior education includes graduating Ocean County Vocational Technical School and currently is finishing a degree in Computer Science with a concentration in networking.
Diane joined the staff of The Church of Grace and Peace in September, 2010 where she serves as an Administrative Assistant. Prior to coming to GAP she had a background in bookkeeping, legal secretary and her most important job – stay at home mom. Diane and her faith filled husband Charlie have three children and one grandchild, Declan.
Debbie joined the staff of The Church of Grace and Peace in August 2008 as bookkeeper. Previously she was employed at a law firm in Spring Lake for several years, as well as working for other small ministries in the bookkeeping field.
She is an ordained minister with His Hands Ministries Fellowship, located in Eagles Wood Township, under the leadership of John and Sheryl Price. Debbie and her husband Dan have five children and three grandchildren.
Eugene joined the staff of The Church of Grace in Peace in February, 1996 and currently serves as Site Manager and oversees the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. In 2001 he became the president of Trinity Motorcycle Ministries. Prior to coming to The Church of Grace and Peace, he worked in landscaping, paving and excavating. Eugene and his wife Laura, have nine children and would like to be blessed with more!
Bill joined the staff at The Church of Grace and Peace in September 2010. Prior to being employed in the custodial area, he served in his free time as an office volunteer for two years. Bill was previously employed as a Customer Service Manager with Wawa for five years. He attended Ocean County Vocational Technical School and DeVry University. Bill’s favorite scripture is 2 Corinthians 5:17.
Marlene came to The Church of Grace and Peace in 1987. You could say she was an “original” member. She started on staff in April, 2011.
Marlene has a great deal of experience in custodial services and has been a caretaker for local business schools. She also currently holds a position with Allentown High School where she works during the day, which allows her to work here in the evening. She has been involved in missionary work for 20 years including owning property in Guatemala which she uses to care for widows and orphans. Marlene has one daughter, Susan; 3 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Linda joined the staff at The Church of Grace and Peace as an Administrative Assistant in April 2012. She has been attending Grace and Peace since 2002 and currently serves on the Women's Ministry Serving Team. Linda and her husband Eddie have three children and a son-in-law as well.
