In The Spotlight

Do you know Kim and Brian Van Nortwick? Well, they have been selected as September’s Divine Servants. If you are not sure what a divine servant is, they are ones we publicly recognize that have been serving among us, who see a need and fill it, who seize opportunities to be a blessing. They have the understanding that they are part of the body of Christ, working together in love with all the other parts to make up the one true body of Christ.

For a season Kim led the prayer sponsors for the counseling department. She is also one of our front line singers in the worship ministry. Brian faithfully served in the Angel Food ministry, and presently volunteers in the GAP Café. On many occasions they have sown their time and effort into the Lakewood Outreach.

If you do not know these two precious saints take a few moments to introduce yourself. I am sure you will be blessed by the gentleness of their spirit, and the love of Christ that is so evident in them.

Brian and Kim, you are loved and appreciated. Thank you for your work of faith, and labor of love.
